I just hate it. At least in this desert city I live in. the 100ºF almost every day, the nights of over 80ºF, the roaches, the mosquitoes, the little bit of dying every time I get in my car because it's a burning hell, the sweating, the waking up in the middle of the night because it's too hot, the moodiness of everyone, the super long days, the feeling of getting punched in the face every time you go outside, and lots of other stuff...
I long for winter...loooooong for it. I'll take 20ºF (and it doesn't even get that cold) over 100ºF every day, no contest...
And the worst part: summer itself just started a couple of weeks ago.
oh man, and thats why we hurried out of there....live in portland for the summers! :P
ReplyDeleteReally? 70 degree high here today. 72 tomorrow. 67 Tuesday. 74 Wednesday. Hahaha ok ok, I'll stop. But yeah, I feel you. I don't see how anyone can willingly choose to live there, having the means to get out. You can't enjoy things...and being outside is awesome!
