In order for my phone battery to last all day, I need to turn off the 3g. Either that or always be in reach of a wifi network.
When I'm at home or at work that's no problem, I have wifi and don't move a lot.
The problem comes at school. They have a wifi connection. I always use it with my laptop without a problem. But for some reason when I connect to it with my phone, it becomes very unreliable. I'm talking lapses of even 10 minutes with no internet access.
If I turn on the 3g I have no connectivity issues but the battery gets drained super fast...the trick is to turn on 3g just to sync data every 20 or 30 minutes and turn it right off.
Smart phone battery management seems like a profession.
how about you dont use internet at school and instead pay attention? :P
ReplyDeletelol what is all this data on your phone that needs so much sync'ing?!
ReplyDeleteYeah, my phone doesn't last long either but I think for me it's just cause I text too much. Lol
