Today I started going to the gym...I don't even know how I'm writing this, I can't, for the sake of the almighty gods of the universe, move my arms. I don't even want to think about how I'll be when I work out my legs, I'll probably call in sick for work, hahaha.
Anyway, I've had a pretty long and tiring day, so I didn't take any pics, and I just want to get some sleep, so I'll keep this one short
lol what in the world did you do at the gym?! You know, there is such a thing as moderation...you are supposed to be able to move after working out!
ReplyDeletehahah dude, start slow, dont send your body into shock hahah how about doing cardio first,then work up to stregth training?
ReplyDeleteNope, that's too slow, haha. I mean, I will be doing a little cardio everyday, but also strength training :). This is just going to be the first couple of weeks, after that, I won't even feel a thing :)
ReplyDeleteoh yes you will, cause you are suppose to increase the intensity as you go...so yeah, the soreness is not gonna go away hahhah too slow for what?
ReplyDeleteWell, yeah, it's not going away 100%, but I will get used to it, it's only unbearable the first couple of weeks. And the other couple of times that I was going to the gym I also started with strength training, but of course I'm not doing lots of reps or with lots of weight, I did start slow, haha.

Lol I'm with Geli and Chuy on this. You're not supposed to feel like that D: but I guess that's cause I mostly do cardio :P
