Low Internet Speed

Apparently, México has the lowest average internet speed on Netflix (well, out of the countries they release data for, which aren't really that many):

I know I don't contribute positively to that number, because my internet connection rarely ever is what it should be. And for the past few weeks, as soon as I do something that requires some consistent bandwidth, the connection drops for some seconds, something between 1-10 seconds. That's usually not a problem when browsing a website, but just try to watch a video, any video, any quality and it's fucking buffering more time than it's actually playing. Every so often the connection drops, and it's back to buffering. Downloading something larger than 5MB? Yeah, the internet is probably going to disconnect and odds are, the download won't finish and I'll have to restart it. The most annoying thing is I can't play always online games (like Diablo III or Starcraft II). I'll be monitoring the connection, and it'll seem fine. But some 3 minutes after I connect to the game server, the connection will drop, and the game will kick me off. THAT is why those kind of games shouldn't make you be always online (I know they have their reasons, but I don't care).

Anyway, have a good day :D.
