I love Google doodles...but I don't really see them unless it's so awesome that they start talking about it everywhere.
I never go to google.com, but I do search like 30 billion times a day on Google. But good ol' Chrome just needs me to type my query in the address bar and that's it, no google.com.
I visit the Google front page so little, that since I installed this version of Ubuntu (some 3 months ago), I had never typed it in Chromium's address bar. You know how it auto-completes your most typed address when you start typing (I hate that Firefox doesn't do that, at least not w/o an add-on). Today I just did it to take the take the snapshot
Anyway, to Google....cheers :D

lol yeah, I search in the address bar in firefox too..I think that is the default now, because that's how it works and the only add on I have is Tab Mix Plus..
ReplyDeleteYup same here lol. :P (and it is the default now on firefox)
ReplyDeleteYeah, it searches Google by default, but it doesn't auto-complete the addresses like Chrome. You have to type 'g' then down, then enter to go to google.com (if google.com was your most visited website that started with g)
